Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries.
- Work on Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Manage invoices, billing, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain vouchers, bills, and financial documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate with the finance team for salary payments and other accounting activities.
- Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
