Accountant — Sayansh Infratech Projects Pvt. Ltd.Sayansh Infratech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant for its Jaipur office. The role will involve tracking expenses across multiple project sites, managing billing processes, and maintaining accurate site-wise financial records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and track expenses separately for each project site.
• Review and organize bills, vouchers, and supporting documents received from sites.
• Track advances issued to employees and site teams, and ensure they are settled on time.
• Assist in preparing client bills, running account bills, and other billing documents.
• Verify supplier and contractor bills and update payment records.
• Record cash, bank, and expense transactions regularly.
• Maintain GST and TDS records and provide the required information to the Chartered Accountant.
• Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain records using Excel and accounting software.
• Keep management updated on site-wise expenses and billing status.
• Qualifications and ExperienceB.Com or a related qualification in accounting or finance.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate accounting is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail when handling bills, vouchers, and expense records.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and office staff.

Work Location: Jagatpura office

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
