Job Description
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Manage Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal & Contra entries.
- Maintain customer & vendor ledgers.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes and payment vouchers.
- Handle GST-related entries and basic GST reconciliation.
- Manage TDS entries and related records.
- Handle Export & Import accounting transactions.
- Record export sales and foreign customer transactions.
- Handle foreign currency transactions and exchange rate differences.
- Maintain export invoices, shipping bills and related documents.
- Handle import purchase entries, customs duty, IGST, freight and clearing charges.
- Coordinate with banks for foreign remittance, export payments and bank-related documentation.
- Maintain records of export receipts and payment realization.
- Reconcile foreign customer/vendor accounts and bank transactions.
- Prepare outstanding, ageing and other Accounts MIS reports.
- Assist in monthly/yearly closing and audit activities.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and other external parties.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
