Job Description

  1. Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
  2. Manage Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal & Contra entries.
  3. Maintain customer & vendor ledgers.
  4. Handle Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
  5. Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
  6. Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes and payment vouchers.
  7. Handle GST-related entries and basic GST reconciliation.
  8. Manage TDS entries and related records.
  9. Handle Export & Import accounting transactions.
  10. Record export sales and foreign customer transactions.
  11. Handle foreign currency transactions and exchange rate differences.
  12. Maintain export invoices, shipping bills and related documents.
  13. Handle import purchase entries, customs duty, IGST, freight and clearing charges.
  14. Coordinate with banks for foreign remittance, export payments and bank-related documentation.
  15. Maintain records of export receipts and payment realization.
  16. Reconcile foreign customer/vendor accounts and bank transactions.
  17. Prepare outstanding, ageing and other Accounts MIS reports.
  18. Assist in monthly/yearly closing and audit activities.
  19. Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and other external parties.
  20. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
