Job Description
Location: Grupo JK- Jaipur
Experience: 2+ Years
Industry Preference: Export / Furniture Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and office work.
- Maintain accounts and entries in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain documents, Label and sticker for packing.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Handle basic computer operations, email, printing, scanning, and filing.
- Assist in purchase, sales, invoicing, and other office coordination work.
- Maintain proper documentation and support the accounts team.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel & MS Word.
- Good computer knowledge and office administration skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in export or furniture companies.
