Job Description
Accounts ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and books of accounts.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Handle GST, TDS, e-invoicing and statutory compliance.
- Manage accounts receivable, payable and customer/vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor customer outstanding, ageing, collections and credit limits.
- Handle bank reconciliation, payments and cash-flow tracking.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors and tax consultants.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Books, GST, TDS and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical and follow-up skills.
- Experience in Solar / Electrical / Trading / Distribution will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage the accounts function.
