Job Description
Designation : Admin Executive
Qualification : Graduation
Salary : 18K-25K (Fixed)
Location : Jaipur
Job description:
- Managing and handling all the portals and researched data.
- Coordinate with team and employees with the portals and programs.
- Managing the team and making them work efficiently and effectively.
- And all the assigned backend work by the Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive / MIS Executive
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel
- Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and data analysis
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CRM or ERP systems
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau – added advantage)
- Basic understanding of automation or macros
