About the Role

We’re hiring Assistant Sales Managers to drive B2B business development and sales in the construction and industrial procurement sector. The role involves managing end‑to‑end client acquisition, relationship building, and order closure across contractors, EPCs, developers, and industrial clients.

• Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads in assigned regions.
• Conduct field visits and client meetings to understand procurement needs.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with operations for order fulfilment.
• Build long‑term client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Track competitor activity, market trends, and client feedback to refine strategy.
• Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in construction materials, lights, wires, cables, electrical panels, or related trade.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑handling skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Proficiency in Excel/CRM tools for pipeline tracking.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
• Existing network among contractors, EPCs, or industrial clients is a plus.
