Associate Recruiter – Real Estate

Role Purpose

The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for building and expanding the company's Real Estate Associate network by identifying, contacting, convincing, and onboarding individuals who are interested in earning through commission-based real estate sales.

The role is focused on recruiting brokers, property dealers, freelancers, freshers, sales professionals and individuals looking for commission-based earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build a database of potential Real Estate Associates, Brokers, Property Dealers, Freelancers, Freshers and Sales Professionals.
• Make daily outbound calls to prospective candidates and introduce them to the company's commission-based Associate opportunity.
• Clearly explain the company's real estate projects, commission structure, rewards, incentives and earning potential.
• Understand the candidate's background, experience, network and interest in real estate sales.
• Convince suitable candidates to join the company's Associate / Channel Partner Network.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates until they complete the joining process.
• Coordinate registration, documentation and Associate Code generation.
• Introduce newly joined Associates to the company's projects, sales process, lead generation system and commission structure.
• Help new Associates understand how to generate leads, arrange visits and begin their commission-based sales journey.
• Maintain accurate daily records of:
• Calls made
• Interested candidates
• Follow-ups
• Associates onboarded
• Active Associates
• Inactive Associates
• Regularly follow up with inactive Associates and motivate them to start lead generation, client meetings and site visits.
• Build and maintain a large, active and continuously growing Associate network.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and activation targets assigned by the company.

Ideal Candidate

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Experience in recruitment, telecalling, sales, real estate or business development will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing abilities can also apply.
• Should be target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Should have the ability to build relationships and continuously expand a professional network.

Primary Objective

To identify, call, convince and onboard new Real Estate Associates, Brokers, Freshers and Sales Professionals and build a strong network of active commission-based sales partners for the company.
