• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDrive life insurance business through the assigned Bancassurance channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff.
• Generate leads and convert them into life insurance business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct regular branch visits and coordinate with bank employees.
• Drive customer acquisition, cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track business performance.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC and compliance as per company guidelines.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and bank partners.
• 🎯 Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of Life Insurance experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with Bancassurance/Banca Sales experience will be preferred.
• Good communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong sales and target-achievement orientation.
• Must have a bike/two-wheeler for field visits.
• Age: 25–35 years.
• Expected CTC: Maximum ₹4.25 LPA.
• Graduate candidates preferred.
