Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Back Office Executive to join our Solar Company.

  • Responsibilities:Customer data entry and record management
  • Maintain customer files and documents
  • Handle solar project-related documentation
  • Update and maintain Excel sheets and company records
  • Coordinate with customers, sales and installation teams
  • Assist in PM Surya Ghar / Solar Portal-related work
  • Handle loan, subsidy and project documentation
  • Follow up on pending applications and documents
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain office records
  • Requirements:12th Pass / Graduate
  • Basic computer knowledge is required
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
  • Good typing and data entry skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Freshers can apply
  • Experience in Solar/Back Office work will be preferred

Candidate Profile:Honest, punctual, hardworking and responsible candidates who are willing to work long-term with the company are preferred.
