URGENT HIRING – 16 VACANCIES
Back Office Executive & Tele-Sales Executive
Location: Patrakar Colony, Mansarovar, Jaipur (Work From Office)
Gender: Female Candidates Only
Total Openings: 16 (8 Back Office Executives + 8 Tele-Sales Executives)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: 0–2 Years | Freshers Can Apply
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
About Company
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients for the positions of Back Office Executive and Tele-Sales Executive. Female candidates who are enthusiastic, career-oriented, and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
1. Back Office Executive – 8 Openings
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, shipping agencies, and logistics partners.
- Manage order processing, documentation, and operational follow-ups.
- Track dispatches, shipments, and product deliveries.
- Maintain records, databases, and reports using MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
2. Tele-Sales Executive – 8 Openings
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients and business partners.
- Explain company products and services and generate business leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related objections.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain call records, lead updates, and sales reports using Excel/CRM.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital devices.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
