Job Description

Billing & Dispatch ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
  • Handle billing and inventory operations through Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales and transporters for timely dispatches.
  • Ensure accurate product, quantity, pricing and GST details.
  • Maintain inventory, dispatch and billing records.
  • Track shipments and coordinate for timely deliveries.
  • Prepare daily billing and dispatch reports.

Candidate Requirements

  • Mandatory knowledge of Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory.
  • Good understanding of billing, invoicing and GST.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good coordination, communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Solar / Electrical / Trading / Distribution will be preferred.
