Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage e-invoices and e-way bills in compliance with legal and company guidelines.
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other related billing documents.
- Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless billing and delivery processes.
- Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies, tax regulations, and legal standards.
- Utilize Tally software efficiently to manage invoicing and update systems with accurate client information and records.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in billing and invoicing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in billing execution or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (specifically Tally) and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
