Job Description
We are hiring a confident and highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team at Th Educonnect. You will be dealing directly with international clients (primarily from Canada, the UK, and the UAE), understanding their academic documentation requirements, and guiding them through our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound queries and proactively follow up with international leads.
- Understand client requirements related to academic research and project consulting.
- Clearly communicate service benefits, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Track all daily activities and maintain clean records in the database.
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent English Communication: Must have flawless spoken and written English.
- Sales Driven: A target-oriented mindset with strong convincing skills.
- Professionalism: Ability to understand international academic standards and client needs.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience. Prior experience in international sales, EdTech, or academic consulting is a huge plus!
