Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and share quotations, estimates, and order forms accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with customers and the production team to ensure orders are processed and delivered as committed.
- Manage current clients, including regular follow-ups, order status updates, and resolving customer queries.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate internally with production and other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers and identify opportunities for repeat business
