Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Organization: Prasan Nethralaya – NABH Accredited Advanced Retina & Cornea Centre
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Job Responsibilities:
Develop referral networks with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Establish corporate tie-ups and MoUs with companies, schools, and institutions.
Coordinate insurance, TPA, and government scheme empanelment.
Plan and organize eye camps and community outreach programs.
Promote hospital services and increase patient footfall.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain client relationships and submit regular performance reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management preferred.
Experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development preferred.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives.
