Job Description
- Monitor CCTV cameras across all departments and office areas regularly and keep track of day-to-day activities.
- Monitor CCTV cameras of the company’s other locations/branches and immediately report any unusual or suspicious activity to HR/Management.
- Identify and report any unauthorized movement, suspicious activity, security concerns, or violation of company policies observed through CCTV.
- Review CCTV footage whenever required and provide relevant information or footage to HR/Management for investigation or verification.
- Maintain a proper CCTV Monitoring Log/Report and record important incidents or observations.
- Handle the reception desk, attend visitors and clients, receive incoming calls, and direct them to the concerned person/department.
- Monitor the reception area, office entry/exit, and visitor movement while ensuring compliance with the company’s security and discipline procedures.
