Chef

We're hiring experienced chefs across multiple kitchen sections for a new premium Indian restaurant opening on Ajmer Road, Jaipur.

Open positions:

• CDP – Tandoor, Chaat & Halwai

• DCDP – Curry, Tandoor, Chaat & Halwai

• Commis – Tandoor, Curry, Chaat & Halwai

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes to set recipes and quality standards for your assigned section

- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning

- Ensure proper mise en place before service

- Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards

- Coordinate with other kitchen sections and FOH staff for smooth service flow

- Manage stock, minimize wastage, and report shortages to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef

- Train and guide junior kitchen staff where applicable (CDP/DCDP level)

Requirements:

- Prior experience in the relevant section (Tandoor/Curry/Chaat/Halwai) in a restaurant or hotel kitchen

- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine preparation techniques

- Ability to work efficiently during peak service hours

- Team player with good communication with kitchen and floor staff

- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends
