Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• 50% of the role: Track order status with internal teams and ensure timely completion for shipment.
• Coordinate with Production, CAD, Procurement, Quality, Finishing, Packing & Logistics teams.
• Maintain an order tracker with committed dates, current status, pending actions and shipment dates.
• Proactively identify delays, follow up with responsible teams, and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure orders are ready for QC, packing, documentation and dispatch as per committed timelines.
• Provide timely order-status updates to customers and the sales team.
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, approvals and other CRM activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, order details and customer communication.
• Support the sales team in managing existing international customers and repeat orders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in CRM, order coordination, sales coordination or customer servicing.
• Jewellery / diamond / export industry experience preferred.
• Excellent follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
• Strong command of Excel and CRM software.
• Highly organized, proactive and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and coordinate with multiple departments.
