Client Relationship Executive

We are transforming the jewellery industry with our advanced SaaS-based business management software. As a Client Relationship Exceutive– SaaS Sales, you will play a hybrid role that bridges sales, business analysis, and client success. The role demands strong skills in understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, driving the SaaS sales cycle, and ensuring alignment between client needs and product capabilities'

Drive end-to-end SaaS sales cycles: lead qualification, demos, proposals, and closures.

Conduct requirement analysis sessions with jewellery business clients and document needs.

Work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and client onboarding.

Create functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, and business workflows.

Support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents.

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals, upsell, and long-term retention.

Monitor industry trends and provide insights for continuous product improvement.

Report weekly/monthly sales .
