Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the overall client experience by implementing and executing client service strategies. The Client Services Manager will also be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients to ensure that business goals are met

Job Location- Jaipur

A Commerce graduate or semi qualified having an experience of 4 years working with a BPO or Call center

·       Should be a graduate with 1 year of credit and collections experience

·       Should have managing communications skills in English – reading, speaking and writing; should be able to speak to clients, finance team and internal teams

·       Should have the ability to drive closure on payables and reach an agreement on payment plans; should be able to follow up and get hold of things assigned to him/her

·       Should have a balanced approach and must know how to speak to different groups/people

·       Should have problem solving abilities and must be able to understand internal and external circumstances and find solutions

·       Should have a basic understanding of reporting

Area of Work

·       Providing support for credit functions including collection of past due accounts and monitoring to the existing clients

·       Ensure accurate and updated records of collection and contacts.

·       Calling on behalf of our clients to follow-up on their receivables

·       Work on accounts receivable aging review.

·       Establish and maintain customer relations on all account issues related to credit.

·       Strong attention to detail required and able to handle pressure.

·       Chase overdue payments of existing clients

·       Processing and generating reminder letters to customers.

·       Will able to explain business model to propose clients and able to pitch them the proposal

Computer Knowledge

·       Usable knowledge of MS office and other related application

·       Other computer knowledge like browsing and social networking websites.
