Client Service Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a confident, customer-oriented and motivated Real Estate Agent to handle telecalling, customer inquiries, lead follow-ups and client coordination for our real estate projects in Bilwa, Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective buyers, understanding their requirements and arranging site visits to generate sales opportunities.

Key Job Responsibilities1. Telecalling & Lead Generation

• Call prospective customers from the company's database and generate new leads.
• Explain project details, property options, pricing and available offers.
• Identify potential buyers and understand their budget and property requirements.

2. Customer Handling

• Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries and WhatsApp messages.
• Provide accurate information about the project, location, amenities and payment plans.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain professional communication.

3. Follow-ups & Site Visits

• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits at Bilwa, Jaipur.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings and negotiations.

4. Sales Support & Reporting

• Maintain customer records, lead status and follow-up details.
• Update daily calling reports and customer feedback.
• Work towards achieving monthly lead generation, site visit and sales targets.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Comfortable with telecalling and customer interaction.
• Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Basic computer knowledge, WhatsApp and Excel/CRM skills.
• Positive attitude, convincing ability and a customer-focused approach.
