💼 Job Responsibilities

Visit customers for payment collection as per assigned cases.

Follow up with customers regarding pending/overdue payments.

Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Submit daily collection and field visit reports.

Follow company policies and collection guidelines.

👤 Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass preferred.

Collection/field sales experience preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Good knowledge of local areas/routes.

Willingness to work in the field.
