• Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits.
• Explain product features, fabric quality, fitting, and pricing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.
• Fold garments properly and maintain neat, organized shelves and racks.
• Arrange, refold, and replenish garments after customer trials and purchases.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Assist with billing, stock checking, tagging, and inventory management.
• Handle customer follow-ups and maintain daily sales records.
• Ensure all garments are properly arranged and the showroom remains presentable.
• RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in men's fashion and ethnic wear.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and discipline.
• Willingness to perform both sales and store-maintenance duties.
• Apparel retail experience preferred; freshers may also apply.

Salary & Benefits₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
