Counter Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who can handle B2B, B2C and SMB sales and has practical knowledge of the printing and allied products industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, generating leads, converting enquiries into orders, developing business relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate and manage B2B, B2C and SMB sales.

 Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order follow-ups.

 Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.

 Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, production, dispatch and delivery.

 Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.

 Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

 Must Have Industry Knowledge

The candidate must have good practical knowledge of printing and allied products, preferably including:

 Paper & Paper Products

 Wedding / Invitation Cards

 Packaging & Printed Packaging Products

 Flex & Signage

 Commercial Printed Products

 Stationery

 Brochures, Flyers, Catalogues & Marketing Materials

 Labels, Stickers and Branding Materials

 Printing, designing and finishing services

Required Skills

 Strong sales and communication skills.

 Good understanding of B2B, B2C and SMB customer requirements.

 Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.

 Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.

 Basic knowledge of printing processes, materials, finishing and applications.

 Ability to understand product specifications and prepare/coordinate quotations.

 Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

 Experience with CRM, Excel or sales-management tools will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in printing presses, paper products, packaging, wedding cards, flex/signage, commercial printing, stationery or related industries will be preferred.
