Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with existing and potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with sales and project team for client requirements.
  • Share company profile, quotations and project updates with clients.
  • Track leads, follow-ups and conversion status.
  • Handle client queries and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and generate business opportunities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly follow-up reports.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excle and CRM software.
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Experience in CRM, sales or customer handling will be preferred.
