Job Description

We are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers.
• Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant team whenever required.
• Maintain service quality and meet assigned performance targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills are required (Versant / V6 level).
• Must be 100% comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Must be comfortable working 5.5 days per week.
• Must be willing to work from the office (100% work from office).
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Important Requirements:

Candidates must have prior customer service experience, strong English communication skills, and full flexibility to work rotational shifts from the office.
