Customer Support Executive – Rangat Jaipur
Rangat Jaipur is looking for a Female Customer Support Executive to join our team in Jaipur.
- Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through WhatsApp
- Assist customers with product and order-related queries
- Confirm COD orders and follow up with customers
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer/order-related issues
- Requirements:Female candidates only
- Freshers are welcome
- 0–1 year of experience
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp
- Polite, responsible and customer-friendly attitude
