Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide order status updates, product details, pricing, and delivery information.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and other queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer databases, order records, and follow-up reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, payments, and inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints.
- Prepare daily CRM reports and update customer information in the system.
