Job Description
- Review abandoned and missed calls from the call log, CRM, or telephony system at the start and end of each day.
- Identify repeat callers, urgent leads, and high-priority customer queries for immediate follow-up.
- Make timely call-back attempts at different times of the day to improve customer connect.
- Send follow-up messages through WhatsApp, SMS, or email when customers are unavailable on calls.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance through telephone and WhatsApp as per CRM guidelines.
- Manage customer queries through the chat process and ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Record all customer interactions, call-back attempts, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
- Monitor pending customer queries and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
- Escalate complex, urgent, or unresolved customer issues to the concerned team or senior as required.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience across all support channels.
- Follow CRM processes, call-handling guidelines, and customer service standards consistently.
