Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities :

• Make timely outbound calls to leads and prospective customers to understand their wedding-planning requirements.
• Explain relevant wedding services clearly, answer questions, and guide customers towards suitable options on the platform.
• Follow up consistently with leads, maintain accurate call records, and update lead information in the support or CRM system.
• Respond to customer queries through phone, chat, email, and other approved support channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams when a customer request requires additional investigation or service support.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share actionable feedback with the team.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone while meeting calling, follow-up, and service-quality expectations.

Requirements :

• Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, lead calling, or a related role.
• Excellent English communication is mandatory, both verbal and written.
• Strong lead-calling, active listening, customer handling, interpersonal communication, and follow-up skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend relevant services.
• Basic computer proficiency, and the ability to learn CRM, calling, and customer-support tools.
• Reliable, patient, detail-oriented, target-conscious, and willing to work from the Jaipur office.
