*Key Responsibilities*

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and email

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate technical solutions

Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling during interactions

Deliver high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Meet KPIs such as CSAT, Quality, Productivity, and Sales

Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines

*Eligibility Criteria*

Education: Graduation is mandatory

Experience:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Customer Service/ Technical Support / 

International BPO experience preferred

*Skills Required:*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong customer handling and sales skills

Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Rotational shifts (24x7)

Rotational week-offs

5 days working 

*Compensation & Benefits (Monthly)*

1-1.5 Year Experience: 42K package = 40.5K CTC+ 1.5K PLI

1.5 – 2 Years Experience: 44K package = 42.5K CTC+ 1.5K PLI

2+ Years Experience: 46K package= 44.5K CTC+ 1.5K PLI
