Work Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance / Cab Facility

Shift Pattern: Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts

Work Schedule: 5.5 Days per Week

Position Overview

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to become part of our International Customer Service team. The selected candidates will communicate with customers from the US over calls, understand their requirements, resolve service-related issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from US-based customers.
• Handle customer requests concerning orders, payments, billing, returns, products, accounts, and other service-related matters.
• Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within the required timelines.
• Update customer information and call-related details accurately in the designated systems.
• Meet defined service quality, compliance, attendance, and productivity standards.
• Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with a helpful attitude.
