Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – GCO (Go Crazy Offers)

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join Go Crazy Offers (GCO). The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and business partners, resolving queries, explaining GCO services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels
• Explain GCO features and services clearly to customers and business owners
• Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions
• Follow up with customers and vendors when required
• Help users with account, subscription, offers, rewards, and app-related queries
• Maintain records of customer interactions and issues
• Coordinate with internal teams for unresolved technical or operational problems
• Collect customer feedback and help improve the overall customer experience
• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile apps, and computers
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers can apply; customer support or telecalling experience is an advantage
