Data Entry Executive

Rajasthan Ispat Udyog is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a data entry executive & inventory handler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems while also managing inventory for our steel and iron company. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
2. Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular audits and error checks.
3. Manage inventory for steel and iron products, including tracking stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
5. Work closely with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
6. Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends to support decision-making processes.
7. Monitor and analyze inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for optimization.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory management processes and improve efficiency.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the inventory storage areas.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management and inventory control.
