Job Description
Position: Calling & Data Entry Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, payments, or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Enter, update, and verify data in company software, Excel sheets, or databases.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support when required.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of data entry work.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
- Knowledge of Tally is an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
