Job DescriptionMuskan ART Bank is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry & Office Coordinator to manage daily data entry, documentation, office records, and official communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update daily records in MS Excel and computer systems.
• Maintain and organize company documents, forms, reports, and records.
• Verify documents and ensure accuracy of entered information.
• Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems.
• Handle official WhatsApp groups and messages.
• Respond to official messages and queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the internal team through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Share important updates, documents, and information with the concerned team members.
• Maintain daily work records and follow up on pending tasks.
• Handle company information with strict confidentiality.
• Support the team with general computer and office-related work.
• Mobile & Communication RequirementA company-provided mobile phone must be carried with you at all times.
• Official WhatsApp groups and messages must be monitored regularly.
• You may be required to respond to official messages whenever necessary, including outside regular working hours.
• The company mobile phone and official communication must be handled responsibly and professionally.
• Candidate Requirements1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers are not eligible.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Good WhatsApp and communication skills.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
