Digital Marketing Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, skilled, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage our company's digital presence, including social media platforms, WordPress website, SEO, and digital content creation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, strong creative skills, and the ability to execute marketing activities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
• Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and organic reach.
• Create reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.

2. WordPress Website Management

• Manage and regularly update the company's WordPress website.
• Create and update website pages, blogs, project listings, and landing pages.
• Ensure website content remains accurate, updated, and SEO-friendly.
• Handle basic website maintenance, plugins, and performance optimization.
• Improve website user experience and lead generation opportunities.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Implement on-page and basic technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
• Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Optimize blogs, meta titles, descriptions, images, and internal links.
• Monitor keyword rankings and SEO performance.

4. Content Creation & Marketing

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Write captions, blogs, promotional content, and video scripts.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors when required.
• Develop creative content ideas relevant to real estate projects and industry trends.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar.

5. Digital Marketing & Reporting

• Support Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns.
• Assist in generating quality leads through digital platforms.
• Monitor website traffic, social media growth, and campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Research competitors, digital trends, and new marketing opportunities.
• Required SkillsHands-on experience in social media management.
• Good working knowledge of WordPress.
• Practical understanding of SEO and Google Search Console.
• Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools.
• Strong content writing and creative thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently plan and execute digital marketing activities.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of practical digital marketing experience.
• Previous experience in real estate marketing will be an advantage.
• Basic graphic designing and video editing skills are preferred.
