Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns and generate high-quality leads through social media advertising.

• Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate high-quality leads through social media and paid advertising.
• Plan and optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and lead quality.
• Coordinate with the creative team or prepare basic ad creatives/content when required.
• Track and maintain daily lead and campaign performance reports.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
• Analyze campaign data and make necessary changes to improve performance.
