Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and

optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, campaign optimization,

keyword research, conversion tracking, and performance analysis to generate quality leads and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube.



Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.



Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, Quality Score, conversions,

and ROAS.



Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.



Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key insights and recommendations.



Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.



Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.



Coordinate with the content, design, and web development teams for ad creatives and landing page optimization.



Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, policies, and digital marketing trends.



Analyze competitor activities and suggest strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Required Skills



Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.



Strong knowledge of keyword research tools and bidding strategies.



Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).



Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.



Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is preferred.



Ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.



Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.



Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.



Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.



Google Ads Certification will be considered an advantage.
