Dispatch Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations & Dispatch Executive to manage the day-to-day packaging, order fulfilment, invoicing, and dispatch operations for Kine Sanctuary Foods.

The role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented, comfortable working with both people and processes, and willing to take ownership of ensuring every customer order is packed, invoiced, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily packaging and preparation of OPS KITCHEN products for dispatch, Ensure orders are packed correctly as per the customer's requirements. Coordinate with the packaging team and ensure adequate stock of packaging materials. Check quantities, product variants, labelling, and packaging before dispatch.

• Manage the complete dispatch process for customer orders, Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups and deliveries, Prepare and maintain all required dispatch documentation. Ensure orders are dispatched within the committed timelines. Track shipments and coordinate internally in case of delays, failed deliveries, or other issues. Maintain proper records of all dispatched orders.

• Generate invoices for customer orders and ensure billing information is accurate. Maintain proper records of invoices, orders, dispatches, and related documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of products and packaging materials available for dispatch. Regularly update stock movement based on orders and dispatches. Highlight stock shortages or operational requirements in advance to avoid delays.

• Supervise day-to-day activities related to order preparation and dispatch. Identify operational gaps and suggest practical solutions. Ensure that processes are followed consistently and efficiently.
