Job Description

We are a growing international freight forwarding company based in Jaipur. Looking for a junior operations executive to support daily shipment handling and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices & maintain shipment records.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, CHAs, and clients for documents & updates.
  • Draft BL, check shipping documents, and manage filing.
  • Track shipments and send timely updates to clients.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
  • 0–2 years experience in logistics/freight/CHA (freshers welcome).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, email drafting.
  • Willingness to learn international freight operations.

EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS PREFERRED
