Job Description
E-commerce Account Manager
We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented professional to manage and grow online sales.
Role Overview:
The E-commerce Executive will manage online stores and marketplace listings, handle orders and inventory, track performance and work with the sales and marketing teams to increase online sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage product listings, catalogs and pricing across e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
• Create optimised product titles, descriptions and content to improve visibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock and order updates.
• Process and track orders, returns and customer queries professionally.
• Analyse sales, traffic and conversion data and prepare regular reports.
• Plan and run offers, promotions and campaigns with the marketing team.
• Coordinate with the development, design and sales teams for smooth store operations.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure listings and store content stay up to date. Required Skills
• Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Basic understanding of product listing, SEO and online marketing. • Good skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets and data reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented attitude with strong ownership and consistency.

Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
