Job Description
E-commerce Operations Executive
Location: Jaipur | Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our Shopify orders, shipments, customer follow-ups, and leads.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Shopify orders, fulfillment and shipments.
- Coordinate with the packing and courier teams.
- Track deliveries, delayed orders and RTO shipments.
- Call customers for COD/order confirmation and delivery issues.
- Follow up on abandoned checkouts and leads through calls/WhatsApp.
- Manage leads and work towards converting them into orders.
- Handle basic customer queries related to orders, products and delivery.
- Maintain daily order, lead and follow-up records.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in e-commerce, telecalling, sales or order management is preferred.
- Responsible, proactive and good at multitasking.
