Job Description

E-commerce Executive – eBay US Marketplace


We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing the eBay US Marketplace. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily marketplace operations, creating and optimizing product listings, handling orders and customer queries, and improving overall store performance.

Experience in Home Furnishing, Home Décor, Textile or Lifestyle products will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the eBay US seller account.
  • Create, upload and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords and images.
  • Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and search rankings.
  • Manage product catalog, pricing, variations and inventory.
  • Process orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds, cancellations and disputes.
  • Monitor seller account health, performance metrics and policy compliance.
  • Track sales, traffic and conversion reports to improve store performance.
  • Manage promotional offers and eBay advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design, production and marketing teams for new product launches.


Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in eBay Marketplace operations.
  • Hands-on experience with eBay Seller Hub.
  • Good knowledge of product listing, SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Understanding of eBay US Marketplace policies and seller performance standards.
  • Experience in order processing, inventory management and customer support.
  • Knowledge of eBay Promoted Listings will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
