E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: E-commerce Executive – Amazon.com & Etsy

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon.com (US Marketplace) and Etsy stores. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listing optimization, SEO, inventory management, order processing, and customer support. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon.com and Etsy seller accounts.

• Create, upload, edit, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images.

• Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and organic ranking.

• Manage product catalog, variations, pricing, inventory, and stock availability.

• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch.

• Handle customer inquiries, messages, returns, refunds, and claims professionally.

• Monitor account health, policy compliance, and marketplace performance.

• Track daily sales, traffic, and conversion reports, and recommend improvement strategies.

• Coordinate with the design, production, and marketing teams for new product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Stay updated with Amazon and Etsy marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon.com (US Marketplace) and Etsy marketplaces.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central OR Etsy Seller Dashboard.

• Experience in Amazon listing optimization, A+ Content, Flat Files, and catalog management.

• Good understanding of Etsy SEO, product attributes, tags, and listing optimization.

• Knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC or Etsy Ads) will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
