Job Description
We’re Hiring | E-commerce & Online Sales Executive
Shri Ashapura Jewels | Jaipur is expanding its online sales and e-commerce operations.
We are looking for a motivated, creative and responsible E-commerce & Online Sales Executive to join our team.
Position: E-commerce & Online Sales Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 1–3 years preferred | Freshers with relevant skills may also apply
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online sales and day-to-day e-commerce activities
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, email and online platforms
- Manage product listings, product descriptions, images and pricing
- Handle and update products on Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Alibaba and company website
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate orders, payments, shipping and after-sales support
- Maintain product data and inventory records
- Coordinate with production, packing and dispatch teams
Jewellery Photography & Editing
- Photograph 925 Sterling Silver & Gemstone Jewellery for online selling
- Product photography with proper lighting, angles and composition
- Edit and retouch jewellery photographs for e-commerce use
- Background removal/clean-up, cropping, resizing and image optimization
- Prepare product images suitable for website and marketplaces
- Create basic promotional creatives/banners for online sales when required
Skills We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Good knowledge of e-commerce and online selling
- Basic knowledge of product photography and photo editing
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva or similar editing tools is preferred
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Sales-oriented and target-focused approach
- Attention to detail, especially for jewellery products
- Ability to learn and work independently
- Jewellery/e-commerce experience will be an advantage
