Job Description

If so, Exceed Smart operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking to hire an Operations Lead to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this E commerce service for our Clients, run Amazon Store Operations. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates’ performance – including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. This is your chance to make history. Our overall mission is simple: we want Amazon to be the place where our Clients can find, discover and Sell Furniture online.
