eCommerce Operations Manager

Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Operations Executive who can manage end-to-end operations across major marketplaces such as Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and others. The ideal candidate should be able to handle product listings, catalogue optimization, order processing, logistics, financial reconciliation, and overall account management to ensure smooth business operations and sales growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Create and manage product listings on Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and prices to improve visibility and sales.
• Monitor product pricing, MRP accuracy, and maintain competitive rates.
• Manage daily orders, ensure accurate order processing, and coordinate dispatch with the logistics team.
• Handle return orders, RTOs, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
• Manage drop-shipping operations efficiently.
• Conduct account reconciliation with marketplaces (payments, returns, penalties, commissions, etc.).
• Monitor financial reports and track marketplace settlements.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, ads, listings, and compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update stock levels across platforms.
• Analyze sales reports and prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries.
• Ensure smooth overall operations and contribute to revenue growth.
• Requirements:Experience: 1 to 3 years in E-Commerce Operations (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa portals.
• Good knowledge of listing tools, catalogue management, and MS Excel.
• Ability to handle financial reconciliation and settlement reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be well-organized and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
