Sansi Mayo is looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across multiple leading online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management and strong practical knowledge of product listings, catalogue management, order processing, inventory, marketplace operations, and sales growth.

The candidate should have strong experience working with multiple platforms, including:

• Nykaa
• Myntra
• JioMart
• Tata CLiQ
• Etsy
• eBay

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create, update and optimize product listings and catalogues.
• Manage product descriptions, images, pricing, inventory and product information.
• Handle orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges and marketplace-related issues.
• Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across platforms.
• Manage marketplace promotions, offers and campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Track marketplace metrics, sales reports and overall performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch and order fulfilment.
• Handle customer queries and marketplace communications when required.
• Ensure marketplace accounts remain compliant with platform policies and guidelines.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution.

Work towards improving product visibility, conversion and overall online sales.
