Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Facility Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of all office facilities and day-to-day administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing housekeeping, canteen operations, security staff, office support staff, maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the canteen and ensure hygiene and service quality.

• Supervise housekeeping staff, office boys, and cleanliness across the office premises.

• Monitor and coordinate security guards and ensure proper security arrangements.

• Handle electrical, plumbing, AC, and other maintenance-related issues.

• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, servicing, and facility-related requirements.

• Ensure timely preventive maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.

• Maintain office assets, furniture, and facility inventory records.

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as required.

• Address employee facility-related concerns and provide timely resolutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.

• Manage day-to-day office administration and support operational requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong vendor and team management skills.

• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, AC, plumbing, and facility maintenance work.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

Experience

• Experience in Facility Management, Administration, Maintenance, or related roles will be preferred.
